When placing an order, you will receive an email notification confirming your purchase. Once we confirm that the order payment was successful, we will process your order and get it ready for our courier delivery. You will receive a notification of dispatch by email showing your tracking number to receive updates of delivery, through our Delivery Tracking Page. On receipt of your package, we will confirm the delivery fulfillment by email notification.
1.1We deliver to all localities across Malta and Gozo.
1.2We offer registered delivery for all purchases at a fee of €5. Orders over €20 are eligible for Free Delivery in Malta and Gozo.
1.3Deliveries will be carried out via courier service from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
1.4For urgent deliveries, we recommend you to Contact Us before placing an order.
2.1Our main products are hair accessories and earrings, hence due to hygienic purposes we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
2.2We are dedicated to provide you with a true representation of our store items. If for any reason our product does not comply with our product specifications, or is defective, please Contact Us immediately we will be more than happy to help!
2.3Before making any purchase, please review and confirm your order before proceeding to checkout.
3.1Order cancellations are allowed on those orders which have not yet been dispatched for delivery. The cancellation period is therefore equal to our processing period which may vary depending on how busy that period would be. Should you wish to cancel an order during this period please Contact Us immediately.
3.2We do not exclude that our stock system will be free from any technical failure or bugs. In cases where the items purchased, are actually out of stock, the customer will be contacted and offered the option to cancel the order.
3.3In the case of a refund, the transaction will be reissued to the same credit card or payment method account used for the order payment.
