Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy

When placing an order, you will receive an email notification confirming your purchase. Once we confirm that the order payment was successful, we will process your order and get it ready for our courier delivery. You will receive a notification of dispatch by email showing your tracking number to receive updates of delivery, through our Delivery Tracking Page. On receipt of your package, we will confirm the delivery fulfillment by email notification.

1Delivery

1.1We deliver to all localities across Malta & Gozo, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

1.2We offer registered and tracked deliveries for all purchases made through our online shop.

1.3Local deliveries will be carried out via courier service from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. European & International orders are fulfilled within 5-15 working days.

1.4For urgent deliveries, we recommend you to Contact Us before placing an order.

2Cancellation and Refunds

2.1Order cancellations are allowed on those orders which have not yet been dispatched for delivery. The cancellation period is therefore equal to our processing period which may vary depending on how busy that period would be. Should you wish to cancel an order during this period please Contact Us immediately.

2.2We do not exclude that our stock system will be free from any technical failure or bugs. In cases where the items purchased, are actually out of stock, the customer will be contacted and offered the option to cancel the order.

2.3In the case of a refund, the transaction will be reissued to the same credit card or payment method account used for the order payment.

3Returns

3.1You may return purchased products from Jos The Artisan's online shop within 30 days from when you receive them as long as they are returned unused and in their original packaging. Our returns policy does not apply to earrings (due to hygienic purposes), sale or discounted items, and customised pieces.

3.2We are dedicated to provide you with a true representation of our store items. If for any reason our product does not comply with our product specifications, or is defective, please Contact Us immediately we will be more than happy to help!

3.3Before making any purchase, please review and confirm your order before proceeding to checkout.

3.4You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.5We suggest to consider the use of a trackable shipping service. Jos The Artisan is not responsible for any returned shipments that are lost in transit.

3.6You may start a return process from our Returns Portal by providing your order details and following the instructions.

3.7Refunds are made through the same payment method used when purchasing the returned products, whenever possible. Please allow up to 20 days for the duration of delivery and refund fulfillment to show up in your original payment account.
